  • Yeah!!!!


    Yesterday not only was I able to go back to sleep at 5:30am but I slept till 9:45am. Oh man it was awesome. Then I got up and went to Costco. Which was really stupid but I need something and knew that I could find it there and not really any place else. But I did come to the realization that if I go to Costco alone anymore I must get a cart no matter how many items I am just going in for. The only reason I say that is cause I always pick the problem line and it never fails to make me have to stand there for like 10-15 minutes holding stuff before moving. Oh yeah have I mentioned that people here instead of standing on the people side of the conveyor belt like to stand directly in front of the end of the conveyor so that the person behind them cannot use it to prop their items on at all. I am one of those people that slap the items down and then get me and my cart to the proper sides just so others can prop or start loading as soon as space is available. Oh wait that is common courtesy rearing its ugly head again.


    So needless to say I spent lots of time yesterday sitting with my feet up. No biggy cause I played Lego Star Wars on the XBOX and cross stitched and it was all good. I even talked to my brother's wife for a while yesterday. Like over an hour. I had gotten a second box from Crate and Barrel yesterday after receiving one earlier in the week. Well as I got it I was going out with the neighbor for lunch cause she wanted to. I had all ready eaten but went along for company. Had a baked potato instead of dessert. Good me. So came home with the full intention of calling my sister in law tomorrow since it was all ready 4ish at there house when I got home. Figured she was starting dinner. So I look at the phone like I always do when I come home to see if I missed any calls that might be important even thought the answering machine says nobody called. Well I saw their number and figured she was calling cause of the crate and barrel boxes. Yup. It seems she ordered all of us gifts thru there but since I have to live on this island in the middle of big water they won't do ups they do fedex here. Makes no sense but whatever. So she had checked it on the website and it was showing as doing nothing so she called crate and barrel and they reshipped it for nothing cause they "always" have this problem with fedex. Well after shipping she checked the site again and found that I had gotten a delivery earlier in the week and would probably get another one either yesterday or today. Yup it got here yesterday. Well the first one I got was actually the reorder and the one yesterday was the original order. So now I have 2 of the same things and can do what I want with one of them. Oh joy.


    That was all the excitement in my Wednesday. What will Thursday bring I wonder?
