• So all is going well. Baby looked good to us on Monday when we saw him. Fluid was good. Yup that is right every Monday we get a fluid check ultrasound as well as me giving blood and urine and monitoring babies heartbeat. Doesn't that sound like lots of fun? Yeah no its not really. Doctor appointment for me tomorrow. Oh joy wonder what that will bring.

  
  

  So kitty decided yesterday that I was getting to much attention and he needed some of it. About 1pm or so he wanted to go out in the backyard. Okay well he does want this on occasion. Saw him walking in the grass thought nothing of it. He came inside and went on the piece of carpet that we have in the living room and sat down and scooted on his butt across it. Like pulling himself with the front legs. Very strange and he has never ever done this before. Then after his little scooting he licked himself then got up and went right to the litter box to do his business. We were weirded out by this. So then after the litter box he went back outside. Well hubby kept an eye on him this time and sure enough he did the scoot and lick a couple more times out there before coming in and using the potty. So DH went up and took a shower. By the time DH did that and came back down kitty threw up twice. (I had to clean that up) Okay but he wasn't doing the scoot and lick thing anymore. He drank some water and then went and laid down. All righty we made him an appointment for next Tuesday they said if he gets worse take him to an outside vet (not military). So we went off to look at strollers and bassinets. Came back from our shopping trip with both the stroller and the bassinet for baby and kitty was all kinds of freaked out and ran upstairs. He didn't come downstairs again till I coaxed him down about 9pm. He ate 2 squishy treats and then went back upstairs after about 15 minutes. Then when we went upstairs he came downstairs for the night. So I got up to check on him when I woke up, just had a feeling. He was sitting in one of the recliners, didn't meow or anything when I came down. Just looked at me with sad kitty face. Okay well I don't see any vomit or anything so I went back to bed. At 5am I gave up trying to sleep. Just couldn't get back to sleep so I came downstairs. Couldn't tell if he had eaten anything at all and he was still in the chair. Went online and did my thing then about 530am he threw up. Hubby was up at this point so he called the outside vet and we could get kitty in at 7am. So we play online then get dressed and take kitty to vet. Have no idea what caused all this but they took an expensive xray and found gas in his intestines and no food or anything anywhere and oh yeah his heart murmur is back and this vet rates it at a 4-5 on a scale of 6. They express his anal glands and give him a shot of anti-nausea medicine and send us home with bland food to feed him as well as what looks like peptobismal for cats to squirt down his throat twice a day. But he is back to being a brat so maybe all that was bothering him was the anal glands. he has another appointment next week to get his shots and we will have that vet check him as well. I am happy to say it took him all of 5 minutes to eat his bland tablespoon of food. So he was really hungry. He is currently hanging out on his blanket next to me.

  
  

  If it isn't one thing for us it is another. Let's hope that was all that was bothering my kitty. Cause if not I might scream and well the bp will go high and well I will be locked in the big pink building again. I don't want to do that!!!!!!!!!!!
