  • Okay so now kitty is feeling fine. Just being a pain in the ass but what else is new. The vet we saw on the military base for his shots (which was not a lot of fun by the way) thinks he had the mother of all hairballs and that was what cause him to be sick. But no more sneezing or anything like that from him and on the plus side he is all up to date on his shots so we don't have to worry about that after baby is here. Just his flight physical to take him back to normal land when we leave.

But I now have the cold from hell. All nasal related and let me tell you it sucks!!!!! Isn't much I can take for it and well I am just miserable. I am blaming it on the sick people at the hospital. Those are the only sick people I have been around. I swear this thing had better go away soon or I might be crying. Isn't it enough that I am stressing over what I don't have and need for the baby as well as going to the hospital 3 times a week for 3 appointments? Why me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!

All righty now that is out of my system. Yeah right. Hope everyone is having a great week. At least I haven't run into to many stupid people. Well there is the one from last night who said to me at a meeting "wow surprised to see you here with your hubby coming home tomorrow" and then the other sentence "your pregnant? I didn't know that when did I see you last?" For that one I just looked at my neighbor who was there with me and we both did the eye rolling on both sentences. Even if my hubby was coming home today with the ship what would last night have mattered? The ship comes and goes and it doesn't mean that I would not attend something cause it was the night before. Oh my god I am surround by stupid people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yeah this same woman thought that I had children at home and was shocked that this was my first. She is confused in the head.

Labor and Delivery tour today. Can't wait to see what this will bring us. Hopefully hubby doesn't ask to many stupid questions. He is all ready thinking of asking about scrubs and being able to take them home with him. Oh joy. This should be interesting.

  • Take him to Walmart and let him pick out his VERY OWN PAIR OF SCRUBS!!  Then he can wear them anytime he likes.

You know, I was thinking about the hairball problem but I dont' think I mentioned it to you.  My cat Muffin had that happen once and the vet (of course) could not figure out what was wrong.  I just started giving her lots of hairball treatment and then magically she was all better.  I should be a vet.

  • Glad kitty is ok again.   :)

I remember scrubs!  I got to wear them when I witnessed my first child birth.  (I've seen three come into the world!)  I was my friend's lamaze class (cuz the sperm donor couldn't be bothered)... I got to wear scrubs for that one, cuz we ended up in the surgery room about **this** close from having a c-section!  But... out popped baby and no c-section!

I didn't get to keep my scrubs.  Bummer.
